Release and Hold Harmless Agreement: As a participant in the Wheeling Park District Classic Car Show, I do here by fully release and discharge the Wheeling Park District, its elected officials, officers, employees and agents, from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost or expense which may accrue to me on account of my participation in this show. I further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Wheeling Park District, its elected officials, officers, employees and agents, from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages and losses sustained by me and arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the activities of the show including transportation, operation or display of my vehicle at the Wheeling Park District Classic Car Show. I have read and fully understand this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement and any show details provided to me. It is mutually understood if registering on-line or via fax, your on-line or facsimile signature shall substitute for and have the same legal effect as an original form signature. The sponsors of this event assume no responsibility or liability for any car, occupant, spectators or any property.
