As a participant, and/or parent/guardian of the named participant(s), in Bergen County’s United We Serve activities, I agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by the event organizers and the County of Bergen.
I understand that all activities carry some level of risk and I assume full responsibility for my, or my child/dependent’s, physical condition, and any actions on my, or my child/dependent’s, part, which may result in physical injury to either myself, to my child/dependent, or to any other person.
I hereby agree to fully waive, release, defend, and hold harmless, the County of Bergen, its officials, employees, and volunteers, from any and all responsibility and/or liability that may directly or indirectly arise from my, and/or my child/dependent’s, attendance, participation, or involvement in any/all of the activities of United We Serve Bergen County.
