    Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor of the Hopewell Harvest Fair. Please complete the information below and we'll reach out shortly.

  • Please complete this form to register as a sponsor for the 2026 Hopewell Harvest Fair.

    • Sponsorships secured and paid before June 1 help us plan the amenities we can offer at the Fair.
    • All sponsors receive ad space in the Fair Almanac and need to submit a company logo and advertisement by July 1.
    • Ads and logo should be emailed to design@hopewellharvestfair.org
    • If you do not meet the deadline, a simple advertisement will be made for you with business name, location, and contact information.

  • Please fill out the form below. We will contact you shortly to let you know if your application has been approved (we are careful not to duplicate cuisines - get your application in early for the best shot!) Once approved, we will send you a payment link, or you can mail a check.

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • You are also responsible for securing and paying for a permit from the Health Officer (Hopewell Borough).
    • A separate permit from the Hopewell Valley Bureau of Fire Safety will be needed for any vendors using propane or any open flame. Links are on our website.
    • Vendors must commit to participating on the rain date, October 3, if weather forces postponement of the Fair.
    • If you are a Gold Sponsor or higher, the fee is waived.
    • If you are a 501c3 that has not registered with us before, you will need to submit a copy of your IRS determination letter via email.

    Zero Waste Policy:

    • The sale of single-use containers of water is not permitted at the fair. We offer free a water refill station and encourage Fair Goers to bring reusable bottles.

    PLEASE BE AWARE YOU WILL NEED TO BE AT THE FAIR ALL DAY. THE FAIR RUNS FROM 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM.

  • Town Square Application

  • Please use this form to apply for Town Square. NO PAYMENT is due at this time. Applications will be reviewed by the committee and you will be notified of your status no later than September 8. For submissions AFTER August 21 applications are received on a rolling basis until the Town Square is full, at which time we start a wait list. Cancellations are not uncommon so a wait list spot is recommended!

    PLEASE visit our website for complete policies regarding participation in Town Square. 

    Fees are as follows:

    • $100 (business/no sales)
    • $160 (business/sales)
    • $25 (501c3 non-profit/sales allowed)

    Fee is WAIVED for HHF Gold Sponsors + above, but sponsors must abide by the same expectations as mentioned above.

    You will not be asked for payment until your application has been accepted by the committee.

    PLEASE BE AWARE YOU WILL NEED TO BE AT THE FAIR ALL DAY. THE FAIR RUNS 10AM-4PM. CARS MUST BE OFF THE FIELD BY 9AM. NO EARLY BREAK DOWNS.

  • Please use this form to register for a LOCAL FARM EXHIBITOR spot at the Hopewell Harvest Fair.

    Single space fee: $30. We keep our farmers' fee low because this is the Harvest Fair after all! You must operate a local farm to qualify for the farmer rate. And if you are a Gold Sponsor or higher, the fee is waived.

    Please fill out the form below. We will contact you to confirm that there is still space available and that you are not duplicating something offered by another farmer. Once confirmed, a payment link will be provided or you can mail a check.
