2026 GIFT Pilgrimage to La Crosse, WI


  • Come and join Fr. Shawn Polman, July 17-19, 2026, on a 3-Day Pilgrimage to Winona, MN and La Crosse, WI for a grace‑filled summer pilgrimage in honor of the Franciscan Jubilee, commemorating the 800th year of the passing of St. Francis of Assisi. In this special Jubilee year, we will journey to places where the Franciscan spirit of simplicity, peace, and devotion to Christ continues to flourish.

    Pilgrimage Highlights:

    ✨ St. Rose Convent – Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration – La Crosse, WI
    A sacred place where the Franciscan charism is lived through perpetual Adoration, hospitality, and service. Here we will celebrate Mass, tour the convent, and learn about the inspiring witness of Sister Thea Bowman.
    ✨ Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe – La Crosse, WI
    ✨ Sisters of St. Francis – Rochester, MN
    ✨ San Damiano Chapel – Viterbo University – La Crosse, WI
    ✨ Basilica of St. Stanislaus – Winona, MN
    ✨ St. Paul Cathedral – St. Paul, MN

    Along the way, we will participate in Mass, Adoration, devotional walks, personal prayer, and moments of fellowship — including a joy-filled dinner boat cruise on the Mississippi River.
