Terms and Conditions
By purchasing tickets for the MagpaSHEEkat 2026, participants agree to abide by the following:
1. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information collected will be used only for event-related purposes and handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
2. Ticket Purchase and Availability
- Tickets are limited and will only be confirmed upon verification of payment. Ticket sales are on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats will be assigned on a best seat available basis at the time of confirmation.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
- Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you are unable to attend, tickets cannot be reassigned or used for another event.
4. Event Entry Requirements
- Only ticket holders will be allowed entry to the concert. A valid government-issued ID must be presented for verification upon claiming of tickets. The name used during ticket purchase must match the name on the valid ID for security purposes.
5. Health and Safety
- If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms, please refrain from attending the event. Attendees are expected to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the event organizers and staff.
6. Code of Conduct
- Respect and courtesy toward fellow attendees, performers, and organizers are expected at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the concert without refund.
