Please fill out the application below and include links to your best storytelling content. Our team will review your submission, and if you're a great fit, we will send out your sample so you can post your videos and submit them through the BMC Max platform

- Once your request is approved, you are automatically enrolled in the LifePro campaign.
- You must post your required videos within the designated campaign period and submit your content links directly in the BMC Max platform.
  
  Please note: Failure to post the required number of videos within the specified timeline will result in forfeiture of your agreed-upon rate and will limit your eligibility for future paid BMC campaigns.
