EQUINE ACTIVITY LIABILITY RELEASE, WAIVER OF RIGHT TO SUE AND ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISK

I am allowing my equine to receive Equine Indirect Release (EIR). I understand that this therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment or medications, and that it is recommended that I work with my veterinarian for any medical conditions that my equine may have. I understand that any of the therapy sessions provided are for the purpose of stress reduction, relief from tension, general relaxation and improvement of circulation and range of motion. I understand that the provider(s) cannot diagnose illness or disease, cannot prescribe medications, and that spinal manipulations are not part of EIR. I understand that any information provided by Dave Schaefer with Schaefer Equine, LLC is for educational purposes only and is not diagnostically prescriptive in nature. I have informed the provider(s) of all my animal’s known physical conditions, limitations, medical conditions and medications. It is my responsibility to update this information with the provider(s) and contact my veterinarian if my animal’s physical condition, limitations, medical condition or medications should change. By signing this release, I acknowledge that my veterinarian has given permission for this bodywork session(s) and I hereby waive and release Dave Schaefer of Schaefer Equine from any and all liability, past, present and future, relating to Equine Indirect Release.

I also hereby release and waive all rights which I may have or may hereafter have against Dave Schaefer of Schaefer Equine for death, personal injury or property damage which is in any way associated with the risks or otherwise covered under the New Hampshire §508:19; I hereby waive any right to sue or to bring any action against Dave Schaefer of Schaefer Equine in connection therewith including any negligent act or omission by them or by any employee or agent of either of them; I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dave Schaefer of Schaefer Equine from and against any such suit or action and agree to pay any attorney fees which may arise if any such suit or action is filed; and I hereby expressly assume all risks and dangers of death, personal injury and property damage which are in any way associated with the risks or otherwise covered under the New Hampshire §508:19.
