PRIVATE TOURS WITH TFA

TFA is proud to offer private exterior walking tours based on a variety of architectural topics to fit your interest and group size. Cost is $25 per person for an average length tour (1.5 hours).

All private group tours require a minimum of 10 participants or can be booked for a group of less than 10 for a flat fee of $250.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE: 

FREE: K-12 public and charter school tours conducted during school house are always FREE of charge for schools located in Tulsa County.

$10 PER PERSON: Out of school time tours, tours for private K-12 schools, tours for public and charter schools outside of Tulsa County, tours for college/university groups, homeschool groups, vocational/technical schools that serve 9th-12th grade students, and other youth groups.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• We require 45 day notice for tour bookings and availability within 30 days may not be available. To finalize the tour booking, you will recieve a calendar invitation that indicates confirmation and all tour details and guidelines.
• We are unable to offer the Tunnel Tour as a private tour. The Tunnel Tour is offered twice annually in February and August and we are unable to offer it at any other time. If you'd like to bring your group to our Tunnel Tour event day, please indicate if you'd like to buy group tickets to our Tunnel Tour on the form below.
• Tours take place primarily outdoors and proceed rain or shine. In case of prohibitive or emergency weather, tours may be rescheduled at no charge to a like date. We will be in touch with you via email at our earliest convenience during the business week! 
• Tours are scheduled on a mutually agreed upon date.
