2026 Summer Symposium Registration

Housing is available first come first served until the dorms are full.

Meal plans are available to purchase in advance.

Meals will still be available a la carte by paying at the Central Market main desk/area, using cash or card.

IF YOU ARE GETTING HOUSING/FOOD SERVICE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $75 for LOST ROOM KEYS and $25 FOR LOST MEAL CARDS. Fees will be assessed when you check out.

ICDA Summer Symposium refund policy:

Meals: On/after July 6, no refunds will be given on meals.

Housing: If you have secured a dorm room, a refund will only be given if a replacement symposium registrant can be found for you.

Registration: On/after July 6th, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded. Prior to July 6th, 100% of your registration fee will be refunded.

Retired status for registration is dependent on your current ACDA membership status, not your age or IPERS situation.
