The Biltmore Lake Association (BLA) Security & Safety Committee is conducting this survey to gather resident perspectives that will guide its recommendations to the Board. These recommendations will address potential security measures and any related budget needs as part of the Security & Safety Plan. Your input helps ensure the committee’s proposals reflect the priorities of our community in a clear and balanced way.
For purposes of this survey, the term clubhouse area amenities includes the swimming beach and platform, picnic tables, clubhouse patio, pavilion, playground, dock, boats, basketball court, tennis/pickleball courts, white canopy (seasonal), and fire pit. Security refers to protecting community amenities, and safety refers to protecting residents from harm within the community.
