2.) Acceptance letter to an accredited two or four year college or university (or pending)
3.) Submit an Essay
4.) Louisiana high school senior

**ESSAY INFORMATION:**
Please submit an essay of 300 to 500 words, written in your own words. In your essay, explain how you define success and purpose in your life. Discuss how your plans for college and your future career will help you become a leader, uplift others, and make a positive difference in your community.

Be sure to clearly connect your personal values, educational goals, and career aspirations to how you intend to serve and impact others.

Once completed, save and submit your essay as a PDF file.
