Please Note: Vendors spaces are assigned on a first come, first pick basis. Each booth includes two passes. We recommend arriving early so you can choose the spot that works best for your setup. Please plan ahead and bring any tables and chairs you may need.
Vendor Rules & Agreement
You’re signing up to be a vendor at The Cultural Expo on Sunday, October 11, 2026!

By participating in The Cultural Expo, I understand and agree to the following:
Space & Equipment: Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary tables, chairs, displays, equipment, and supplies. Outdoor vendors must provide their own canopy.
Setup & Breakdown: Vendors must arrive during the designated setup period and have their booth ready before the event opens. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the duration of the event unless otherwise approved by event management.
Vendor Space: Vendors must keep merchandise, displays, and equipment within their assigned space and keep walkways and emergency exits clear.
Approved Products: Vendors may only sell or display the products/services approved on their application. Event management reserves the right to request the removal of inappropriate, unsafe, unauthorized, or prohibited merchandise.
Professional Conduct: All vendors are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, family-friendly environment.
Permits & Licensing: Vendors are responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, seller's permits, insurance, and other approvals applicable to their business or products.
Food Safety: Cooking and grilling are permitted outdoors only.
Cleanliness: Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean throughout the event and removing all trash, merchandise, equipment, and belongings after the event.
Vendor Fees: All vendor fees are non-refundable. If a vendor is unable to participate in the event, a credit may be offered toward a future Cultural Expo show at the discretion of event management. Credits are not guaranteed, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a refund.
Liability, Assumption of Risk & Release
By participating in The Cultural Expo, the vendor acknowledges and voluntarily assumes the risks associated with participating in the event, including risks related to setup, breakdown, merchandise, equipment, weather, crowds, and other event activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the vendor agrees to release and hold harmless The Cultural Expo, its owners, organizers, employees, representatives, volunteers, venue, and affiliated parties from claims for personal injury, property damage, loss, theft, or other damages arising from the vendor's participation in the event, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived.
The vendor agrees that they are responsible for their own safety and for the safety and security of their employees, representatives, merchandise, displays, equipment, and personal belongings.
By signing this agreement, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this assumption of risk and release of liability.
