Permission to Use Photo Release Form

Thank you for contributing to Route 66: The Main Street of America. We are collecting photographs that help tell the story of the road, its people, and its enduring spirit.

Please complete the form below to submit your photo(s) and grant permission for use in our film, Road Show, and related media if selected. Submission does not guarantee selection and use of your photo.

Photo & Media Release Agreement

I hereby grant First+Main Films a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and modify the photograph(s) I am submitting (the “Materials”), in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed. This includes, but is not limited to, use in films, television, streaming, promotional materials, social media, websites, and related projects associated with Route 66: The Main Street of America.

I represent that I own the Materials or have full authority to grant this permission, and that their use will not infringe on any third-party rights. I confirm that any necessary permissions from identifiable individuals have been obtained.

I waive any right to inspect or approve final use and release First+Main Films from any claims arising from use of the Materials.

I understand that the submission of my photo does not guarantee its selection or use by First+Main Films.

No Compensation

I understand that I will not receive any monetary compensation for the use of my photograph(s).

Release and Waiver

I hereby release and discharge First+Main Films, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or in the future for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of the right of publicity or any other right arising out of or relating to the use of the photograph(s).
