There will be fun water activities, games, and social events for youth and children while adults participate in the conference all day on Saturday. Please indicate whether you are an adult, youth, or child.

- I understand that my child/youth will participate under the coordination and supervision of the designated adult leader.

- I acknowledge that participants are expected to wear modest clothing at all times.

- I understand that participants are required to wear a one-piece swimsuit for swimming activities. If I do not have one, I agree to wear a two-piece swimsuit with a T-shirt to ensure appropriate coverage.

- During the event hours, youth and children will be supervised by the designated leader.

- Outside of the scheduled event hours—including breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any time off-site—parents or guardians are responsible for their child’s supervision.
