• Storage is at your own risk
• Owner is not responsible for theft, damage, fire, weather, vandalism, or any loss of property.
• Customer is responsible for securing their property
• No hazardous materials allowed
• No living in vehicles or using space as workspace
• Payments are monthly and non-refundable
• Owner reserves the right to remove unauthorized or abandoned property
