• New Trans Space Survey

Basically Wonderful is curating a new virtual space for our ever-expansive Trans community, and we wanna get your feedback to help inform how we shape and prepare for this new space! Please fill out this quick survey to share your thoughts with us! It should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. We will also be welcoming our newest Trans facilitators to this space - Ezzy & El! Learn more about them below.
  • Introducing Ezzy!

Ezzy (they/them, dey/dem) is a facilitator with 15 years of experience building community-centered spaces that uplift BIPOC and LGBTQ+ people. Their work spans facilitation, creative arts organizing, mutual support structures, and healing-centered programming. They bring a trauma-informed, access-focused approach grounded in intention and collective care. They are especially passionate about creating environments where trans people can show up fully — messy, brilliant, joyful, and complex. At Basically Wonderful, they are excited to co-create a space that blends grounding ritual, community connection, and creative expression. Outside of facilitation, they are also a martial artist and a music artist — practices that shape their commitment to discipline, creativity, and emotional expression.
  • Introducing El!

El (he/him) is an Expressive Arts Creator, Communicator, Facilitator, Educator, Consultant, and Coach who was born, raised, and returned to Florida. He has worked with all ages and abilities in multiple artistic mediums while using his background in counseling and art therapy (non-licensed) to work in social, public, and mental health fields. He is the heart and now disabled hands behind Uppercutt™️, a brand and stand behind events and merch that bite back at the systems harming Q/T/POC people in the South, specifically Florida. (Though he has also been known to do fundraisers and collaborations in support of global efforts to rectify racial and social injustice.) Last but never least, he is also the maker of Creating with Care; a 1:1 virtual service for former, present, and aspiring creatives of any form battling burnout while searching for their inner spark! His passion for providing non-judgmental, client-centered, trauma-informed, anti-capitalistic and harm-reductive sessions for fellow creators is a constantly kindling flame.
