Makin' It Magazine has several major opportunities for artists to perform in Los Angeles during BET Awards Weekend. We are looking for artists from various genres to perform during one of the biggest weeks in the culture. Limited performance slots are available, and all music is subject to approval. We have two ways artists may be selected to perform during BET Awards Weekend:

Free Performance Opportunities
A limited number of free slots may become available based on event needs, final scheduling, and possible cancellations. These opportunities are not guaranteed and are usually filled 2–4 weeks before the event date. All applicants are automatically considered for free slots, but artists should be prepared to travel on short notice if selected.

Guaranteed Performance Opportunities
For artists who want confirmed placement, a limited number of guaranteed performance slots are available. These slots are secured upon payment and include advance confirmation, earlier placement, and possible inclusion in pre-event promotional campaigns.
