Please note that requested roses may be unavailable in certain quantities or colours due to limited stock. In such cases, we will provide alternative options for your approval. We recommend confirming your order as soon as possible to ensure the best availability. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

A 50% deposit is required for all orders.

PAYMENT IS CASH ONLY FOR REMAINING BALANCE. Please be sure to bring the exact amount, as we often don't carry change. If you are unable to pay cash, e-transfers will be subject to a 12% tax.

Rush Order Policy:

• Orders needed within the same day are subject to a $25 rush fee.
• Orders needed within 48 hours are subject to a $20 rush fee.
• Orders needed within 72 hours are subject to a $10 rush fee.
• Rush orders are accepted based on flower and material availability.

Pickup and delivery times will be confirmed once your order is finalized.

Delivery is on a first-come, first-served basis and timing will depend on my schedule. Uber delivery is also available at the customer’s expense.
