Payment Terms
Booking Confirmation & Deposit A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Final Payment The remaining balance will be due on return date. A reminder will be issued if payment is not received within 7 days. Late Payments If the balance is still outstanding at 14 days after service completion, a $50 late fee will be applied with final reminder. Continued non-payment may result in additional fees and/or suspension of future bookings until the account is settled.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the booking commencement date will receive a full refund of any payments made. Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking commencement date will result in the 10% deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking commencement date will result in the 50% deposit being non-refundable.
