- I/We acknowledge and accept that Instructions transmitted by email may be subject to risks such as delay, misrouting, unauthorized alteration, interception, or fraudulent transmission. The Company is not obligated to verify the authenticity of instructions beyond confirming that they originate from the stated email address(es). I/We shall exercise all necessary caution to safeguard access to the authorized email address(es).
- I/We undertake to keep the Company indemnified at all times, and the Company shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, Suit, or liability arising directly or indirectly by reason of acting in good faith on such email instructions.
- This authorization shall remain valid and in effect unless revoked in writing by me/us and acknowledged in writing by the Company. The Company shall require a minimum of five (5) working days to process any notice of revocation.

  Investment Terms - Minimum Monthly Contribution: ₦50,000 Tenor & Interest:90 days –12% p.a., 180 days –15% p.a., 365 days –17% p.a
- Mandatory Compliance, Clause, Withdrawal Terms
  The subscriber is required to contribute a minimum of ₦50,000 monthly throughout the selected tenure, Missing the contribution once in a 90-day tenor, twice in a 180-day tenor, or four times in a 365-day tenor will reduce your approved interest rate by 1%. Additionally, any withdrawal before maturity will attract a 30% penalty on accrued interest, with interest determined based on tenure and consistent monthly compliance.
