Little Muzzles Rescue is a volunteer based, non-profit, small dog organization focused on the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. Little Muzzles Rescue is funded through public donations. All of our pets are cared for in a foster home and receive complete medical care. This includes worming, vaccinations, and spaying/neutering. Microchipping available upon request.
This questionnaire will help Little Muzzles Rescue and yourself determine the specific dog thats a great fit for your household. All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. Little Muzzles Rescue reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or in person interviews before any adoptions are completed.
