Your book's PDF copy with cover image up to 10 MB only. We are unable to accept other file formats at this time. Ensure that you are uploading the correct file as we cannot accept changes once we received your form submission. We will delete the file(s) you sent after 12 months of submission or after we have notified you of your book's assessment outcomes, whichever comes first.

Google Drive or Dropbox link of your book's PDF copy with cover image up to 10MB only. We are unable to accept other file formats at this time. Configure the file settings to be viewed by ANYONE WHO HAS THE LINK so that we can access the file; we will automatically delete submissions where the link or file provided is not accessible or readable. Ensure that you are providing the correct file as we cannot accept changes once we received your form submission. We need access to the file for at least 12 months of submission or 1 month after we have notified you of your book's assessment outcomes, whichever comes first.
