TIMELINE & SCHEDULING
Finalized beauty timeline will be provided after booking.
Bride agrees to ensure all bridal party members are present and ready at their scheduled times.
Delays caused by the bridal party may result in incomplete services, but final agreed upon amount is still due.
Once the contract is signed, the number of services (headcount) agreed upon is considered final. Reductions in headcount cannot be made within 30 days of the wedding date. If additional services are requested within 30 days, they will be accommodated only at the Artist’s discretion and subject to availability, and will be billed at the agreed rate.
SANITATION & HEALTH
Artist follows strict sanitation protocols for all tools and products.
Client must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions.
Artist is not liable for reactions that may occur due to undisclosed conditions.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
All retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the wedding require full payment.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new retainer.
ARTIST RESPONSIBILITY
Artist will arrive on time and fully prepared.
In the rare event of an emergency preventing the artist from working, a qualified replacement will be provided or a full refund of the retainer will be issued.
PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
Permission options for photos usage*
