I build personalized proposals that fit your budget, wants, and needs. This process is takes time to do correctly.

My process is as follows:

1. After you submit this form, you will recieve an automated email to sign up for an initial phone conference. During this conference, I will ask follow-up questions so I am able to personalize your vacation proposal. I know life can be busy and in the case you have not signed up for a phone call, I will reach out to you via email.

2. After we have connected by either email or phone, I will curate and send over your vacation quote within 48 hours. It is your responsibility to respond that you have received the quote. This lets me know it did not go to your spam folder. If you have not received your quote within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or email me.

If I do not recieve confirmation from you, I will follow up after 3 days and 7 days before closing your file. If you are no longer interested, going a different route, or something has come up where you are unable to book a vacation, please communicate that with me. If you need me to adjust anything in your quotes, please let me know and I will.

3. Once you have decided on your resort and ticket pacakge, we will place your deposit and secure your vacation. I will give you the option of either a phone call or a secure link to provide your deposit.

4. After we have secured your room, the planning begins! I will send you a welcome packet full of information you will need to make educated decisions for your vacation. I will take care of keeping up with important dates (final payment due date, dining, and more).

I know vacations can be a big financial decision and will never pressure you to book a trip. Out of respect for me and my time, I do ask for responsiveness and honest communication.
