Have they attended any formal classes or worked with a trainer before? What did that look like, and how did they respond? If they have no prior training, that's completely fine, just let us know.
Does your dog have any known behavioural concerns?
This might include reactivity to dogs or people, fear responses, aggression, resource guarding, separation anxiety, or anything else that affects their daily life. Please be as honest and specific as you can as this information helps us assess fit and design the right program. Nothing here will automatically disqualify your dog.
How does your dog do with unfamiliar people in a home environment?
Think about what happens when a guest comes to your home. Do they settle, seek attention, avoid, bark, or react in any other way?
Can your dog be left alone at home? If not, how do you manage this? If so, can you please share details on how long and where they stay?
How does your dog do with other dogs?
On leash, off leash, and in close proximity - describe how your dog typically responds to other dogs in different situations.
Is your dog up to date on vaccinations? (All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations before the program begins. We'll confirm full requirements when we connect.)
Is there anything else we should know?
Any additional history, health conditions, medications, quirks, or context that would help us understand your dog better before we speak. Nothing is too small to mention.
