From Acute First Aid Remedies to Emotional Wellbeing.
Designed with herbalists and naturopaths in mind, this session will explore how to thoughtfully incorporate herbal remedies into your first aid kit.
You will be guided on the how-to so you can support acute conditions such as nerve pain, inflammation, minor wounds and burns.
Dominique will provide guidance on selecting appropriate herbs, preparing remedies, and confidently recommending them within a clinical setting.
In addition, you’ll also be guided step-by-step through the process of making a traditional naturopathic first aid oil. This is where, with Dominique’s guidance, you can mix your own formulation - centred to your emotional wellbeing to take with you and enjoy long after the workshop.
