  • Please note that you will be required to submit the following documents at the end of this form.

    Be sure to have all the required information and paperwork ready before you begin the application process. You may submit them through this form OR bring it with you to our registration office.

    1. Copy of passport or birth certificate of the child

    2. Valid ID of parent or guardian

    3. Child's latest report card from school

    4. Current immunization records 

    Ensure that each document is clear and readable. Submit clear images.

    Missing documents or incorrect documentation will delay the review process.

  • RULES AND REGULATIONS

    1. The minimum age limit for enrollment is 5 years and above. 
    2. Parents are required to bring a copy of the child’s latest report card from school at the time of admission.
    3. Birth certificate and a valid ID of the one enrolling the student is required for admission
    4. Your child will be on a one-month trial period before being fully accepted.
    5. Class hours are Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Class hours are subject to change during different seasons of the year. 
    6. The fees must be paid at the beginning of every term via check Payable to: Al Firdaus Foundation or Zelle/Quickpay: quickpay@alfirdausfnd.org , ACH Direct Deposit or Credit Card Autopay. It is advised to send it in an envelope with the child’s name and date. (please note that this is nonrefundable.)
    7. All students are expected to arrive at class on or before time. Doors may be locked after the above mentioned timings and will not be opened for security and disciplinary purposes. For every 3 days your child is tardy, it will be counted as one unexcused absence.
    8. 4 unexcused absences or 4 detentions per month will lead to a week of in-school suspension, and eventually removed from class. 
    9. A student shall be excused from school when the absence is due to his/her illness, for the purpose of medical or dental appointments, and/or to attend the funeral services of a family member or close relative with a doctors note only.
    10. Please check the yearly school calendar and plan your vacations accordingly.
    11. Exam dates are required for all students and cannot be made up later. Presence is mandatory.
    12. Students must dress appropriately and modestly according to Islamic principles to be able to participate in class. Also, please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the season and weather conditions. The uniform required is: 


         Boys: white thobe/dishdasha with a black/white kufi/topi. No long hair so the    Kufi covers it.

         Girls: black abaya with a black/white headcap and Hijab that covers all the hair. No colored Abaya or dresses.

    Girls after the age of 12 are suggested to wear a Niqab or face covering.

    13. Students are required to come prepared to school. They should bring their books and supplies to school every day. 
    14. Electronic devices such as tablets, iPad etc. are strictly prohibited. A cell phone is allowed for a valid reason but must be turned in to the office/teacher upon arrival and will be returned during dismissal. If a child is caught with any of the above-mentioned devices during class times, it will be confiscated for 2 days. 
    15. No makeup, fake nails, nail polish, etc. must be worn to class. 
    16. Parents are not allowed to accompany their children while classes are in session. 
    17. Students will be given daily assignments to complete for homework. Parents are requested to spend a few minutes every day with their child(ren) in completing their homework. Please read the “Parent’s Note” in the beginning of the Islamic Studies books.
    18. Foul and bad language will not be tolerated.  Bad conduct, behavior and negatively influencing other students may lead to your child being expelled from the school. Bullying will lead to an immediate suspension from school. 
    19. Warnings are issued initially for not following rules, then suspension for 3 days, then one week, followed by expulsion.
    20. Students are not permitted to bring food, chewing gum, or drinks to school. Water bottles are permitted.

I understand that Al Firdaus Foundation possesses full right to make amendments to the rules, regulations, or any other administrative issues set forth; which may or may not be mentioned on the document without prior notice. I give consent to Al Firdaus Foundation to act on our behalf in case of medical or dental treatment if needed. Please inform the office of any health issues beforehand.
