REGISTRATION FEE
All applicants must send their registration fee of USD 100 together with the application form.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT DISCOUNT
We offer a 20% registration fee discount for sex workers. Applicants who wish to avail of this support may simply indicate it in the registration form and provide basic information.

All information shared will be treated with strict confidentiality and will only be used for registration purposes.

By affixing your signature below, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by the International Aerial Cup 2026 team.
INTERNATIONAL AERIAL CUP
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of my participation in the International Aerial Cup:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in aerial arts, including but not limited to pole, hoop, silk, hammock, and related disciplines, involves inherent risks of physical injury, including serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

2. Medical Fitness

I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in this event. I agree to take full responsibility for my health and well-being.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the organizers, including Beast House Philippines, its owners, staff, judges, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in the event.

4. Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the organizers to secure medical treatment on my behalf. I understand that I will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

5. Media Release

I grant permission to the organizers to use photographs, videos, and recordings of my participation for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes without compensation.

6. Compliance with Rules

I agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions set by the organizers. Failure to comply may result in disqualification without refund.

7. Personal Responsibility

I am responsible for my own equipment, costume, and safety checks. I understand that the organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

8. International Participation

As an international participant, I am responsible for my own travel arrangements, visas, insurance, and compliance with local laws and regulations.

9. Minors (Participants Under 18)

Participants under the age of eighteen (18) are permitted to join the competition provided that a parent or legal guardian grants written consent. The parent or legal guardian must review and sign this waiver on behalf of the minor participant and acknowledges full responsibility for the minor’s participation, including all risks involved.

10. Acknowledgment

I have read this waiver in full, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
