AIBA is a volunteer-led initiative that recognises independently published books that meet the standards of mainstream publishing. As an assessor, you play an important role in upholding these standards by providing fair, thoughtful, and independent evaluations of submitted works.

We are looking for individuals with a strong command of written English and a good understanding of storytelling, editing, and publishing standards. Prior experience in writing, editing, teaching, or related fields is highly valued.
