Displays must comply with RI policy, i.e., correct Rotary branding.

Like projects may share tables.

Fundraising/raffles/sales require prior approval (fees may apply).

RI-licensed vendors get prime vendor spots (fees may apply).

Any 240V equipment must have a current test/tag.

Booth staff must be registered Conference attendees or pay the catering fee at registration.

Single space ≈ 2.4m × 1.8m with a 1.8m × 90cm table.

Table coverings not supplied.

Bump in: Fri afternoon or Sat 7:00–8:00 am

Bump out: Sun 2:00–4:00 pm
