    Say hello to Gourmet on the Green, our boutique twist on the much-loved Gourmet in the Park!
    Set at Maylands Golf Course, this afternoon event is all about relaxing, sipping, and savouring the finer things. 🍷🧀 Think gourmet food, artisan stalls, local drinks, and live music – all in a laid-back, boutique atmosphere perfect for an afternoon out with friends.
    Drop the hubby on the course, grab the girls (the boys can come as well), and immerse yourself in deliciousness. 💛

    STYLE OF EVENT

    Perth Hills Events run on a high vibe of fun and excitement. We are bright we are colourful, we are loud and proud of who we are!!!. 

    Only apply if you are a gorgeous handmade artisan (think wines, distilleries, brewers) a delectable gourmet, a community minded and not-for-profit group, or want to be one.

    If you are under 16 and just dipping your toe into the market arena, then please apply as a Mini PHEite (under 16 starting out in a handmade business).

     

    December is our Gluten Free event, don't miss out.

    PRICING STRUCTURE

    1 trestle table 1.8m and chair provided $70
    All Plus GST
      

    APPLICATION PROCESS

    You will need to upload

    1. Your current insurance certificate (Must also be current for future events listed)
    2. If you are a registered food business, you are required to aquire a Shire of Mundaring Food Permit and documentation upon approval.
    3. Layout and set-up of your stall. This can be a photo of a stall from a previous event OR a drawing.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE EVENT

    Table/s and a chair /stool to sit on. Full length table cloths are required.

    You will require your own complete set up. table cloths, display stands etc.

    You need your own rubbish bin to take any client waste if you conduct taste tests on site.

    If you are a Gourmet/Food based business, you will require a copy the Mundaring Shire Food Permit (any other requirements will form part of our email out to you.

    Please note bump in info can be sent out as late as the Friday before an event if issues arise.

  • Spaces are allocated via application only, and only okayed upon our conformation.

    A wait list will be created for any cancelations.

  • Important Event Information

    Event begins at 10am and ends at 3.00pm.

    Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths/stalls.

    No pegging into grounds, weights with a min of 10kg per leg is advisable. 

    Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment/generators.

    Power is not available.

    All food carts will be subject to inspection by the local health department and must provide permit for approval.
