The Parallel Lines race series is a fun open race for both skiers and snowboarders, aimed at riders with disabilities and assisted needs but open to everyone!
The races are slalom races suitable for a wide range of abilities, taking place in various indoor snow centres across the UK.
The format will allow athletes to train and then have as many runs as they can fit into the 1.5-hour race window, with their best time taken towards the results*.
The results will be given a time factor based on age and nature of disability and then compared to a time set by a forerunner. With your factor taken into account, you will be awarded either gold, silver, or bronze depending on how close your time is to the forerunner.
This is an ideal event for families to compete together or with friends. There will be winners for the individual races and for the overall series. The race is open to all: para, non-para, all ages, and genders.
*Race format is subject to change if numbers are high.
*The entry form below is only for one competitor, if you wish to register multiple competitors there is a option to fill out the form again for the other competitors once submitted.
*On slope guides/helpers are not required to register.
