Application must be submitted by the Fellowship Director.
Notification of awards may take place as late as July 15, 2026. Questions can be directed to education@movementdisorders.org.

Final awards are paid to the institution upon completion of the course.

Recommendation letter upload should be less than one page and in Word (.doc) format.

If recommending multiple fellows, only one letter total is required.
