Office staff was professional, courteous and helpful and I was able to obtain answers to my questions and concerns.
The application process was straightforward; I was able to use MGO online services.
I was notified about my plan review status through the MGO plan review process.
My plan review was timely and I was treated fairly; any plan review comments were fully explained.
I was able to easily schedule inspections through the MGO portal and the building inspections were performed on scheduled days and at scheduled times.
The Building Inspector was professional, courteous and helpful.
The Building Inspector was able to answer my questions in the field and /or provided me with direction.
I used the Remote Video Inspection (RVI) option and found the experience to be positive. I would use the RVI inspection option again.
Overall, my interaction with the Sebastian Building Department was good.
