The match between mentor and mentee is based on matching the skills and experience a mentor has with the needs and challenges of the mentee. We have learned that the mentoring relationship goals are always most important in a match. We consider a mentee’s interest in particular careers and industries, and other responses, if there are several potential matches to choose from.
We ask all mentees and mentors to complete a short bio. You will be able to see your mentor’s bio before you meet and they will be able to see yours. So, please share here your reasons for wanting a mentor and anything that you think it would be good for your mentor to know about you.
NOTE: This will be shared with prospective mentors!
We are asking the following question specifically to help us ensure that everyone is treated fairly, safe from harm and provided with accessible, effective services.
