Here is a reminder of what we are looking for in a CFC team member:
We are looking to fill more than just positions, we are looking for the right people that share our values and want to cultivate a fun, adventurous and meaningful work and learning (and unlearning) environment. All the portfolios will work closely with the General Coordinator and other team members.
We encourage you to apply (once) for as many of the portfolios as suit your aptitude and interests.
We also believe the right people are worth investing in. While every portfolio has some fundamental qualifications & skill requirements, we appreciate and enthusiastically support honesty regarding your current skills and knowledge, as well as your propensity and inclination toward growth in key areas of a given portfolio. Each portfolio has an estimated hourly wage and weekly time commitment, but depending on the hiree’s current skills and expertise, we may collaboratively determine how best to invest the portfolio labour budget between an hourly wage and paid training or other development opportunities.
