  • Application for Enrollment GSD at the Day Camp Conference

    Gather, Strategize, Deliver
  • In Fall 2026, JCamp 180 is offering Enrollment GSD (Gather, Strategize, Deliver) for Day Camps at the Fall Jewish Day Camp Conference run by JDCN. This program is for camp professionals responsible for camper recruitment and retention; it provides time, space, and accountability partnership for camps to evaluate/update their enrollment plan and define 3-5 specific projects to grow their enrollment over the next year. You can learn more about the program on our website.

    This program will include:

    1. Gathering on Zoom before the conference
    2. A pre-conference, in-person session on Monday, October 12 (In-person attendance is required for at least one team member)
    3. Programming throughout the conference on Tuesday, October 13 - Wednesday, October 14 (In-person attendance is required for at least one team member)
    4. Self-Guided content after the conference
    5. In-person meet-up and sharing at FJC's Leaders Assembly (Baltimore) in January

  • The following dates and times are REQUIRED meetings for your team members.

    Tuesday, September 29th from 1-2:30 Eastern

    • Where: Meeting on Zoom
    • Who: Anyone who touches enrollment or enrollment goals/strategies at your camp should plan to be there

    Monday, October 12th from 10am-2pm (tentative timing)

    • Where: Meeting in person at the Katz JCC in Cherry Hill, NJ, before the start of the Fall Jewish Day Camp Conference. Philadelphia International Airport is the closest airport, and the 30th Street Train Station in Philadelphia is a convenient option for those using the train.
    • Who: At least one member of your team is required to be there in person, while other members of your team should plan to be available for consultation via video/phone
    • Note: The Fall Jewish Day Camp Conference officially starts on Tuesday, October 13th at the JCC Camps at Medford, with a pre Conference tour of Liberty Lake Day Camp on the afternoon of Monday, October 12th. Please plan to arrive for Enrollment GSD in time for a Monday morning start.

    Tuesday, October 13 - Wednesday, October 14th

    • Where: Meeting in person for a breakfast session and one other session during the Fall Jewish Day Camp Conference
    • Who: At least one member of your team is required to be there in person
    • Note: Other members of your team should plan to be available for consultation via video/phone

    Post Fall Day Camp Conference (October - January)

    • Self-guided work, supported by JCamp 180 if requested
    • Who: Anyone who touches enrollment or enrollment goals/strategies at your camp

    January 11th - January 13th (time TBD)

    • Where: Meeting in person to share ideas, strategies, and takeaways from the program at Foundation for Jewish Camp's Leaders Assembly
    • Who: The same team members who attended the Jewish Day Camp Conference, plus anyone else form your camp who will be attending Leaders Assembly
