Join us for a special experience during RiverFest & Craft Show weekend on June 6 & 7! Carefree Boat Club invites you to enjoy an intimate, 45-minute pontoon boat tour along the scenic Occoquan waterway.
Sit back, relax, and take in the beauty of the river as you keep an eye out for local wildlife—including osprey and even bald eagles. Don’t forget your camera as we pass Heron’s Haven, our neighboring island, where you may spot blue herons and painted turtles in their natural habitat.
Light snacks will be available onboard, and you’re welcome to bring your own refreshments as well.
Each tour accommodates up to eight guests. Individual tickets are $28. Space is limited and tours are expected to sellout, so we recommend booking in advance!
Tours depart from the Town Dock behind Madigan’s Waterfront Restaurant. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. A licensed captain will be on board, and all required safety equipment will be provided. For safety, children under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times.
Please check-in 15 minutes before your tour starts at the Ticket Hub, located at Mamie Davis Park.
