Life happens, sometimes we HAVE to reschedule. No problem! Here at L+L, we simply request 48 hours when needing to cancel, reschedule, (... turn your full blonding service into a bang trim, etc!) so that we can shuffle our schedules around accordingly, and accommodate those patiently waiting for an opening to become available! Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with LESS than 48 hours notice are subject to a $20 per services cancelled fee. If cancelled less than 24 hours, 50% of appointment total will be due prior to scheduling any additional appointments. And, for a day of cancels or full blown no show's.. girl we gotta talk.. please see above.
