  • Peekskill Pride's sixth annual Family Pride in the Park will again be one of the Hudson Valley's premier LGBTQIA+ attractions, drawing hundreds of people from the tri-state area to enjoy this free, inclusive event in one of Peekskill's beautiful parks in historic downtown Peekskill. Family Pride in the Park is a great family event and fun for all ages!

  • Vendors for this event must support Peekskill Pride's mission. Peekskill Pride is a 501 (c) (3) with the mission to foster safe, healthy, and supportive environments for LGBTQIA+ individuals of all ages, their allies, and families by working within the community to lay the foundation for inclusion, diversity, and pride through education, advocacy, and celebration.

  • We strongly encourage our vendors to offer a free interactive activity at their booth. Examples: spin the wheel to win a prize, corn hole, ring toss, offer a service, trivia contest, selfie spot, art creation, etc. Be colorful, be creative!!

  • INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

  • Vendors are required to carry their own insurance listing Peekskill Pride and City of Peekskill as additionally insured. (and proof of food certification if a food vendor).
    If you do not currently have insurance, you may purchase an event policy from this insurer: www.actinsurance.com at this link: https://app.actinsurance.com/policy/buy/ai/MTI2OTY=

    >>Proof of insurance will be required prior to festival day. Do not buy insurance specifically for this event until you are confirmed as a vendor.

  • GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Vendor fees must be paid in full prior to the festival.
    • Vendors will have access to the vending area for set up between the hours of 10:30 and 1:30.
    • All vendors have free parking at the James St Parking Garage after unloading.
    • Vending spaces will be assigned at management's discretion before the festival. Your space assignment cannot, and will not be changed on the day of the event.
    • Vendors are allowed a 10' x 10' tent/canopy only - larger tents cannot be accommodated.
    • All stands or tables will be stable, safe, and clean.
    • This event is outdoors, and all four legs of your tent must be secured with a 25-pound weight. Alternatively, stakes may be used as long as they do not obstruct attendees or other vendors.
    • Vendors must be ready by the festival start time of 2:00 pm.
    • All vendors must provide their own equipment, tables, chairs, tape, string, etc.
    • If you carry it in, please plan to carry it out at the end of the day. This includes packing materials and other debris related to your vending process.
    • Vendors are responsible for the security of their booth during load-in, load-out, and festival hours.
    • This festival runs from 2 pm to 6 pm, we expect you to stay till the end of the festival.
    • This is an outdoor festival. Rain or Shine. There are no refunds unless the event is canceled.
    • Once the vendor fee is paid, there are no refunds for a vendor cancelling.
    • Vendors may not display any materials deemed offensive or inappropriate for a general audience, as determined by event organizers. All displays must be suitable for an all-ages, family-friendly environment.
    • Minimal electricity can be provided. Small, very quiet generators may be allowed and can be put directly behind your vending space. We reserve the right to have you discontinue using a generator we feel is problematic.
    • Unprofessional conduct or abusive language by vendors towards festival staff, volunteers, other vendors, or attendees may be excluded from future festivals and or immediate expulsion.

  • and our employees, subcontracted staff, family members, friends and/or volunteers assisting us for the day on Saturday, June 27th, 2026 will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peekskill Pride, Inc, its officers, directors, consultants, partners, agents, members, and employees, and the City of Peekskill, NY, from and against any and all demands, claims, damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or caused by me or by our employees, subcontracted staff, family members, friends and/or volunteers assisting me for the day on June 27th, 2026, in conjunction with the Family Pride in the Park.
  • In Addition, I agree to indemnify and hold Peekskill Pride Inc., the City of Peekskill, Event Producers, volunteers, and all festival staff harmless from any liability, loss, claim, or damage of any nature whatsoever as a result of participating in the event, and hereby consent to the enforcement of all rules and regulations of the festival. I have read and agree to abide by all terms and conditions for booth space as stated in this application.
