Because this is a fundraiser ALL fees are non- refundable.

Backpacks
Backpacks must be FULL-SIZE and NEW. (at least 16" and preferably with the tags.) If you are choosing to donate the backpacks please bring them with you at set up. **Dollar General usually has good prices on backpacks.** 😊

Things you need to know:
**NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED**
***Event permit and vendor license will be provided by us for this event.
*Must bring your own canopy, chairs, and set ups
*Any set ups larger than 10x10 will be charged for a second spot or set up will not be permitted
**ALL vendors are required to provide a drawing item. Only ONE item per business is required to register for this event. The item must be from YOUR business and have at least a $15 retail value. Please include your business card.**
*Each participant is responsible for their own trash, PLEASE DO NOT leave a mess behind or you will forfeit any further set ups and/or be asked to leave without refund.
Event Hours: Saturday -5pm- 10p, set up is 4pm
Please DO NOT arrive early as these are the hours and property owners have agreed to.
**ALL vendors MUST advertise on ALL social media platforms, by word of mouth, or by flyers. Failure to do so will result in you being banned from participating in any future events.**
