- You plan to enroll in a postsecondary pathway (college, technical college, military, trade/apprenticeship, certification/licensure).

- Proof of senior status (transcript or verification letter, etc.)
- Recommendation letter (required)
- Postsecondary acceptance proof (acceptance letter/enlistment contract/apprenticeship acceptance, etc.)
