Waiver and Release of Liability
Southern Golf Co – Release of Liability RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT By participating in any activity provided by Southern Golf Co, including but not limited to the use of our mobile golf simulator, golf equipment, and related services, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that golf activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: Being struck by golf balls or golf clubs Slips, trips, or falls Physical exertion or strain Equipment malfunction I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks and accept full responsibility for my participation. 2. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Southern Golf Co, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 3. Responsibility for Damages I agree to be financially responsible for any damage to Southern Golf Co equipment or property caused by my misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. 4. Medical Treatment I understand that Southern Golf Co does not provide medical services. I authorize emergency medical care if needed and agree to assume all costs associated with such care. 5. Compliance With Rules I agree to follow all safety instructions and rules provided by Southern Golf Co staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund. 6. Photo & Media Release I grant permission for Southern Golf Co to use photos or videos taken during the event for marketing or promotional purposes. If I do not wish to be photographed, I will notify Southern Golf Co in writing before participating. 7. Binding Agreement I certify that I am at least 18 years old, or that I am the parent/legal guardian of a participating minor. I understand that this release is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, and assigns. 8. Acknowledgment By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement. Minor Participant Add‑On (For Participants Under 18) PARENT/GUARDIAN CONSENT, RELEASE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor listed below and that I have the legal authority to sign this agreement on their behalf. By allowing the minor to participate in activities provided by Southern Golf Co, including the use of the mobile golf simulator and all related equipment, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
