    Prosper 2026 has reached full capacity. All new registrations will be placed on a waitlist and admitted should space become available.

     

    Thank you for your interest in Prosper 2026.

    Please fill out the required information in this form to register for Prosper 2026.

    Participants who are attending with their schools do not have to register through this form. Please ensure that the school admin responsible for registering for this event has done so adequately and entered your required information. If no information has been released, they will most likely release details to you in the following days. If you are not sure your school will allow students to represent them at Prosper, please contact your school admin. If your school will not be allowing you to represent them at Prosper, please continue with this registration form.

    During registration, you will also need to provide payment information for the conference. Please prepare your payment method prior to filling this form.

  • Registration Information

    Register as an independent attendee, an individual already part of a team, or an entire team.

  • Please read the following information in its entirety before proceeding.

     

    Team Information

    At Prosper 2026, participating teams will have no more than six (6) attendees. You may either, register as an independent (in which we will place you in a team), register as an individual part of a team (in which you will have to record all of your preferred team members), or register as an entire team (2-6 teammates). If you are certain of the members already in your team, we strongly recommend registering as an entire team as it would secure all of your spots. 

    Teams that have registered and are not meeting the six-attendee capacity may have other attendees/teams join their team. Teams that initially registered separately are more than welcome to merge with another incomplete team by contacting the email below.

     

    Overnight Stay Logistics

    All conference registrations include an overnight stay in a quadruple-occupancy room at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, with two attendees sharing one bed. Please note that due to the single-sex guest room policy, there is a high probability that you will not stay in the same room as your teammates. However, there will be designated common work areas available for preparation. 

    If you would like to make any amendments to your room assignment, please indicate in the "Rooming Preference" section of this form. A Prosper representative will contact you shortly after submitting the form regarding the availability of such amendment(s). If the room upgrade(s) you requested are available, you will receive an invoice in the amount mentioned in the email. You must pay the invoice within 5 business days in order to secure the room upgrade(s).

     

    Important Notes

    Registration fees will not be refunded should any team members be absent. If the need to substitute any team members should arise, please contact the Director of Administration as soon as possible.

    If you are completing payment for all of your team members, you must select the "Entire Team" option or your registration will not be processed.

    If you would like to make a roommate request, please select "Yes" below and click "Next". Then, input the first and last names of your preferred roommates. Prosper will try our best to honour your requests but cannot guarantee the availability of such arrangements.

    If you would like to request an occupancy upgrade (quadruple to double), please select "Yes" below. A Prosper representative will contact you shortly after submitting the form regarding the availability of such amendment(s). If the room upgrade(s) you requested are available, you will receive an invoice in the amount mentioned in the email. You must pay the invoice within 5 business days in order to secure the room upgrade(s).

  • Please note that as Prosper 2026 has reached full capacity, all new registrations will be placed on a waitlist. No payment is required at this stage.


    Should space become available, waitlisted teams will be contacted and provided with instructions to complete payment via Interac E-Transfer within a specified timeframe to secure their spot. Please note that failure to submit payment within the given window may result in your spot being offered to the next team on the waitlist.
