Fix the Tix Fan Action Center Assets Request Form

Thank you for supporting Fix the Tix's mission to protect fans, strengthen transparency, and restore integrity to the ticketing marketplace.
Fix the Tix is transforming our site to collect your fans' stories and shed light on predatory ticket resale practices. We're asking you to display the Fix the Tix QR code at your box office either as a printed poster or a small card that staff can hand out discreetly. Via the QR code, fans can request a refund from the secondary market, contact their policymakers, share their story, and learn more about the secondary ticketing market.

Fill out the form below to receive:
- Poster files: three print-ready design options with the QR code (Phrase options: "Ripped off by a resale ticket?" OR "Problem with a bad ticket?" OR "Bad ticket from a scalper?")
- Card files: a discreet card with the QR code for staff to hand fans directly
- A ticket invalidation letter template: often required when fans submit refund requests to resellers
