Chicago Conference Volunteer Sign-Up Form

Thank you for being willing to serve as a volunteer at CBE International's upcoming 2026 Conference, Made Whole: Healing the Body of Christ. Your contribution is an important part of ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Volunteer tasks may include:

Pre-conference set-up or tear down.
Help in the bookstore.
Putting together registration packets.
Tending the Welcome table.
Assisting with donations/appeals.
Praying with speakers prior to their sessions.
Serving as a prayer partner in the prayer room.

Below you will have the opportunity to list any preferences or restrictions you may have in relation to these tasks. As the conference approaches, we will be in touch with additional details and a schedule.

As a volunteer, you will represent CBE International while performing your volunteer tasks. As such, we ask that you follow the following code of conduct:

Volunteers should:

Conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, and respect, embodying the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23): “love, joy, peace, forbearance (patience), kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.”
Refrain from complaining about, disparaging, or negatively characterizing others, including conference attendees, speakers, hotel staff, and conference staff.
Bring any concerns directly to conference leadership staff, Carrie Silveira and/or Amber Burgess.
