I do hereby release S.O.L.A.S. Support Our Local Animal Shelter, dba Solas Rescue, and any employee, volunteer, board member, or business associated with Solas Rescue from any damages or liability incurred by the animal or animals entrusted into my care and staying as a "foster animal" in my home, to any person or animals who are in my home for any reason.

I will allow designated Solas Rescue volunteers to conduct home visits, as determined by SOLAS, to periodically check the health and condition of any animal in my care.

By providing a foster home for the animal or animals in my care, I do understand that they’re staying in my home. It’s only temporary, and I will return all animals, including those entrusted to me, to a designated Solas Rescue volunteer when they are available for adoption.

Should I care to permanently keep any animals who are temporarily staying in my home, I will go through the proper adoption procedures as designated by Solas Policy, including paying any agreed-upon adoption fees.

Solas Rescue will provide food, litter, veterinary care, and other supplies as needed. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate personal preferences for these items. If you would like something other than the standard supplies, you can let Solas Rescue know, and we will do our best. However, if it's priced higher than the standard items, Solas Rescue will generally not be able to provide it.
