• CCSGO Conference Director Application

    Thank you for your interest in applying for the role of Director for the Chicago Center for the Study of Groups and Organizations’ Weekend Group Relations Conferences. Applicants are applying for a two-year commitment that includes directing conferences in both 2027 and 2028.CCSGO views conference work not only as a vital space for learning and experimentation, but also as a cornerstone of advancing the organization’s purpose* in the Chicagoland area. This appointment reflects an evolving model of conference sponsorship and leadership within CCSGO. The Director is authorized by the CCSGO Board to design and lead the conferences, including responsibility for the conference theme, structure, staffing, and overall execution, as well as stewardship of the conference as a learning system. The Director works in collaboration with the Conference Committee, which provides organizational oversight and support throughout the process.Applications are due by July 13, 2026, and invitations to interview with the Conference Committee will be extended by July 27, 2026.
