  • File Setup/Specs

    Preferred File Types:
    JPEG or PNG for photo and image files. PDF for graphic and text files.

    File Size:
    Files should be designed at actual size whenever possible. A 6'x4' banner file should be designed at 72x48 inches.

    When full size is not possible due to design limitations, please keep the aspect ratio correct. Example: a 72x48 inch banner could also be designed at half that size at 36x24 and still print correctly.

    Resolution:
    For large banners, 100 dpi is plenty. For smaller projects with photos or projects that will be viewed up close, 300 dpi is perferred.

    QUALITY: All jobs will be checked for resolution and proper sizing. Any incorrectly setup files can increase the estimated delivery time. We prioritize quality and want to make sure your job looks as good as possible.

    SETUP/DESIGN: We do not offer any setup or design services. Any file you are attaching to this order needs to be a print ready file in a PDF, JPG, or PNG format.

    PAYMENT/BILLING: Jobs that are ready to print will be delivered to your door before you are billed. Billing only happens once you are satified with your prints. Billing will be sent through email within 1 week of your order date. By submitting an order and approving it to be printed, you are promising to fulfill payment for the quoted, or written amount following the completion of the order.

    Intellectual Property & Content Agreement

    By submitting this order, you represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of, or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce and distribute, all uploaded files, images, logos, and text.

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cypert Printing Solutions and its employees from any claims, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from alleged copyright or trademark infringement, libel, or unlawful content in your submitted materials. We reserve the right to reject any order containing unauthorized, illegal, or objectionable content.
