All Delegates must be dues-paying members of official YDSA chapters. If you are not sure if your chapter is officially recognized, or if you want to check the membership status of your members, please email ydsacon@dsausa.org
Please format your Delegate list using the Delegation roster template here, and make sure each column is filled out. Once we receive your list, we will verify the membership status of each of your Delegates. You will receive confirmation from the national office within 1-2 weeks of submitting your Delegation.
All Delegates must be submitted via this form by Sunday, June 14th. Delegates submitted after that deadline will not be eligible to attend the 2026 Convention.
